YOUR INFORMATION

Inquiry privacy notice.

How we handle the information you share when you contact our team.

Updated September 21, 2026. This notice covers this website’s AI assistant, project inquiries and the team’s lead dashboard.

What you share

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, selected services, project description, project stage and preferred timing. We also record when the inquiry was received and your agreement to be contacted. Our team may add follow-up notes and a lead status.

Why we use it

We use these details to review your project, respond to you and manage our conversation. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information about your customers.

Where it goes

The form sends your inquiry over HTTPS to our backend on Amazon Web Services. Inquiries are stored in a database and are available to authorized Paramount administrators through a protected dashboard. AWS processes data to provide our hosting, storage and sign-in services.

Using the AI assistant

The assistant generates replies using Amazon Bedrock. When you send a chat message, the current conversation context is sent to our AWS chat service and the AI model to prepare a response. AI replies can be mistaken; our team confirms project scope, pricing and expected outcomes. Please avoid sharing passwords, payment details or sensitive customer information in the chat.

Chatting alone does not create a lead or notify our sales team. If you choose “Request a follow-up”, the form asks for your contact details and permission to contact you. Submitting it stores your details, project brief and recent conversation context with the inquiry in our protected lead dashboard. We use that context to understand your request and follow up.

The chat conversation stays in page memory while you use that page. Our chat application does not save conversation history separately from a submitted inquiry. A session setting remembers whether you dismissed the welcome message; it contains no chat content or contact information. AWS processes messages to generate replies and technical information to operate the service.

Security and abuse prevention

The submission service uses your network address and email address to produce keyed, one-way identifiers for short-lived rate limits. These identifiers help control automated abuse. Hosting providers may also process technical connection information while delivering the website. Administrator sign-in uses session storage and the authentication provider’s necessary cookies.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records remain in our system until our team deletes them when they are no longer needed. Backup copies may remain during the backup retention period. To request a correction or deletion, use the inquiry form, identify the email address used for the original inquiry and tell us what you would like changed. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
